All orders made by you through the MyMibo website are subject to acceptance and availability, meaning that we may choose not to accept your order for specific reasons (especially if you’re under the legal age).
This contract is between you and us. No other entity shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
We reserve the right to change the details, specifications and prices for any products or services shown on this Website. This change may be done at any time and without a notice (although we will inform you if any of the changes affects your order).
In accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are allowed to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery. You must contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods, stating your Order number. Also, the goods must be unused.
If the payment has been made for the cancelled goods, you will receive a full refund after returning the purchased items to us using our Return Policy.
You may cancel your order at any time before the dispatch. We also reserve the right to cancel the order for any reason prior to goods being dispatched. In any instance, if the paid order is cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued.
Age of Consent
Our products cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18. You should be at least 18 years of age to place an order on MyMibo. If you are under the legal age, we cannot process your order.

These Conditions do not limit our liability in respect of fraud and of personal injury or death to the extent it results from our negligence. Nothing herein shall affect your statutory rights.
Also, when you submit a product review to MyMibo you waive your right to be identified as the author of the work and give us the rights to post the content in any medium.

Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Events outside our control
We will not be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an event which is beyond our control.
If such an event might affect the performance of our obligations under a contract:
(a) we will notify you in time;
(b) our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event. In case it affects our deliveries, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the event is over.
You are entitled to cancel the contract with us, in case of an event which is beyond our control. Please contact us before doing so, in order to obtain a refund for the already paid goods.
Additional terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms.
